my best lifts from the 2026 DMV WSO Championships. 63kg snatch for a new personal record and a 72kg clean and jerk to secure a qualifying total for the Virus Series and a new PR total. Also proud of a 7th attempt 80kg clean make and jerk miss on the platform and a 76kg CJ make in the warmup room. HUGE THANK YOU AS USUAL TO @twrva @mcfreshelf ! thanks for manning the camera bestie @caseylhoff and to @thannnh and @dizzyweightlifting for moral support and pep talks 💌🏋🏻‍♀️#olympicweightlifting by @bigfief

openers dusted in what felt like my first good lift in a while. sometimes you just need a pal to give you a pep talk and let it rip. #rva #olympicweightlifting by @bigfief

had to quietly motion to some hikers to please wait on the trail while I captured this skink snacking. so cool to see unless you are a beetle! #rva #sonyalpha #wildlifephotography by @bigfief
