It will have your shoulders on fire

We do pushups just about every time we walk in the gym. We also hit them just about anytime anywhere it behooves us.

Did you get your pushups in? TAG US WITH THEM

The gym community has always been more than supportive. I've met some really cool people while working out.

Young or old fit we're out of shape, just getting started. Some of my most supportive, people have been just random people. I've met at the gym

Try super setting push-ups with one of your secondary moves on Chest day. Next time, we'll definitely get you fired up, took my push up straight to failure
