Felt like finishing my chest day with a pushup burnout. I highly recommend you implement these at the end of your chest day. It’s always challenging for me at least. Felt good to get these in again. Left it raw and unedited so you can hear me struggling at the end to hit 50. Got me some new sleeves and wrist straps to help alleviate some pain. I’m not missing my workouts! Check in #365 at the warehouse with a set of 70 where it all started! I freaking made it. I’m feeling pretty accomplished to reach this goal. I stayed consistent, determined and disciplined throughout to make it to one year. Six days a week with one rest day. I’m still not where I want to be and that’s ok. There’s always room to improve and goals to achieve. If I can do it then so can you. No excuses. I want to say thank you for all the support. This fitness community is amazing and I’m so thankful for all the real ones I’ve met on here. It really means so much to me. Keep pushing and smashing all those goals.
