Prep archive…

This is a couple of weeks towards the end of my last prep. Food was at its lowest, as well as my energy these are the most difficult times during a prep. Where you have to find some kind of resolve to finish a workout you have done numerous times. These are those “digging deep” examples everyone talks about. You have to put the same energy you have been throughout your prep but your tanks on “E”. The video looks great and it was still a great workout. However, these are the moments no one knows or sees besides yourself. I was sucking and really had to push to finish. But at the end I kept it moving and I loved every bit of it. Consistency > Motivation.

Anyways Happy Monday

Did you know there’s enough DNA in one human cell to stretch about 2 meters (over 6 feet) if unraveled. I wish my calves knew this fact by @biggmiech_

Fact: 9 times out of 10 you’ll find someone willing to give you some gym bro/girl advice at the gym. 👌🏻

Side note: Breaden ( fellow gym bro ) is the first 21 year old that doesn’t use social media idk why that surprised me but this kid has a bright future by @biggmiech_
