Rich in life <3 might get a lil angry, impatient, and may be a lil hard on myself but the tiny moments really keep me going. Also, sag season is almost here!!!! Always thankful for the reminders that life is really pretty 🪷

Mike and I will never forget the moments where Paradise started to become something real.

From sitting around trying to come up with a studio name with @frosted.frank to making the accounts at @jfelix0793’s house…

Crazy looking back now knowing those little moments were the beginning of everything 🏝️

From demonstrating different variation & techniques of an exercise, spotting your heavy sets, adding weight to your drop sets, telling you “5 more” (when he actually means til failure), and pushing you far beyond you thought you never could…TRUST that Coach Mike has got your back. 💯💯💯

Today I was blessed to be able to be at the @shawnrayhawaiianclassic. Not as a competitor, but as a rep for @r1pfitness. I also got to see @biggmiech_ compete and kill it. Also got to see another gym member kill it. Thank you to @hipo.r for the opportunity to be apart of this. I learned a lot and am ready to push forward.

Now that the dust has settled and euphoria is still high, what an absolute rush. The field was highly competitive this year and I had even more fun than last year. Much mahalos to @ocbhawaii for such an amazing show. Lots of memories. Lots of love for all that competed. Can’t wait for next year. Let’s run it back. Thanks to @r1pfitness and @biggmiech_ @hipo.r for everything these past few months. It’s been a ride. #ocbkekoaclassic #allnatty #cantstopwontstop #ocbamateur
