To every person who has ever shown up for an adidas Runners South Africa run: thank you!🖤

Hearing what the community means to each of you has been a reminder of how lucky we are to share this journey with you. You’ve made these 10 years mean more than we could have imagined.

Thank you for welcoming someone new, staying beside someone who needed it, cheering for a finish that wasn’t your own, and coming back week after week.

For 10 years, you have made this community what it is. These are your voices, your memories and your stories. We’re grateful to be part of them.

Thank you for being part of our family 🖤/// by @biggzaaron

Thank you, Captain @biggzaaron , for reminding us that we are not alone. 🙏🏾

Your words gave us comfort — knowing that the men in our community will stand with us, look out for us, and keep us safe.

We run together. We stand together. We protect each other. Because every woman deserves to come home. ❤️‍🩹 #WithWomenWeRun #EveryWomanDeservesToBeSafe #EndGBV #AdidasRunnersDurban#AllyshipRun ❤️‍🩹 taken in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal by @biggzaaron

AR was representing there too 🙌🔥

What an awesome City Run City event, bringing runners together and showcasing the power of community.

A big shout out to @izitebele and @holifit_sa for making this happen and creating such a great experience for everyone involved. 👏🏃‍♂️

Comrades builds more than runners — it builds friendships and unforgettable experiences. 🏃‍♂️💚

A huge thank you to this legend for carrying me through that last kilometre when my wheels completely fell off. Your encouragement and support got me to the finish line when I needed it most. Let me just say I have a post , just for my wife … cough cough …. ❤️‍🔥 @meez_biggar

That’s what Comrades is all about — strangers becoming friends and friends becoming family.

Forever grateful. 🙏🏽

Love through the small things 🙌❤️
Early mornings, shared kilometers, inside jokes, and post-run laughs — that’s what makes us strong.

We love AR 🖤
