Less than $11 for two racks of St. Louis style spare ribs?!?! Inconceivable!!!

Membrane removed and the slathered with @bearandburtons as a binder. Bone side seasoned with @kendrick_bbq Brisket Rub. Meat side seasoned with Kendrick All Meat and SPG.

On the @traegergrills Woodridge Elite at 250 for two hours. Then wrapped with brown sugar, butter and @drpepper for about an hour at 275. Foil boated both racks but left one dry while the other smothered and covered with @fivemonkeysbbqsauce OG for 45 minutes!!!

I can’t think of a better way to kick off the @nfl season tonight than the world famous Big O Elote Dip. It’s truly a game changer (pun intended).

The recipe is pinned at the top of @bigogrub’s feed.

Shout out to @neidalopez51 & fam for the idea to make Elote Dip — I made this one just for us that same day. 😂
