MY FIRST RETREAT! SOLD OUT IN LESS THAN 4 DAYS 🤯

The FIRST EVER Sisterhood Retreat… and I barely even posted about it. 😂 (honestly don’t even have it all planned yet and we’re going out of the country…)

Literally 2–3 story posts. Very limited info.
No feed posts. No big launch. No months of promotion. No convincing people to buy.

Just an idea I had last week, an offer I built out this past weekend, and I put it out there this week.

And you guys SOLD. IT. OUT.

This is your sign to stop overthinking the idea and just execute it.

You don’t need every detail figured out.
You don’t need to wait for the perfect time.
You just need to believe in the idea enough to put it into the world.

I had the honor of sitting down with Alli Webb founder of @thedrybar and @itsmessy for a real conversation at Sisterhood.

We talked building businesses, taking risks, experiencing failure, reinvention, and the messy reality of building something from the ground up.

What a conversation. What a woman. What a moment.

You don’t have to choose between the two. Being one or the other…

Our Doing Both panel at Sisterhood Conference was a reminder that women can build the business, pursue the career, be a mother, be a wife, lead a team, create a life they love, and still make room for themselves along the way.

There is no one right way to do it. There’s only the way that works for you 🙌🏼

So here’s to the women who refuse to put themselves in a box, who are building full lives on their own terms, and who are learning that you really can “do both” ✨

Every single woman I pick to be on my stage is picked selectively and purposefully. I look up to and am inspired by each of these women. So grateful for this conversation and the women who helped bring it to the Sisterhood stage. 🤍 by @bigsislilsishood

Sisterhood is about more than what happens in the room, it’s about what we can do together beyond it. 🤍

This year, we were incredibly proud to partner with Salt and Light Coalition as our charity partner and this one holds an especially special place in my heart.

Salt and Light was the very first charity Sisterhood ever partnered with back in 2022, at our very first Sisterhood Conference. To now be partnering with them again, four years later, feels incredibly full circle. 🤍

Every year, a portion of every Sisterhood Conference ticket is donated to our charity partner’s mission.

SALC is supporting women who have survived sex trafficking and helping them build lives of freedom, purpose, and opportunity. And our giving didn’t stop there. ✨

During our VIP Kickoff Night, our community came together to make additional donations, and we were so grateful to partner with Kendra Scott for beautiful giveaways that added even more generosity to the evening.
Every ticket. Every donation. Every contribution. Every woman who showed up helped make an impact.

This is what Sisterhood looks like, women coming together to lift other women up.

Four years ago, Salt and Light was part of the very beginning of this journey. And today, seeing our community come full circle and continue to give back is something I’ll never take for granted.

Just a little Midwestern girl with a big dream, a million ideas, and absolutely no idea what I was doing.

I began with no big budget, no team, no blueprint. Just a vision I couldn’t let go of. A vision God placed in me.

What started as something so small has grown into the #1 women’s conference in Illinois, bringing hundreds of women (and men) into one room every year, selling out events, and creating a community that continues to grow far beyond anything I could have imagined. A true movement.

Watching these videos side by side is emotional because I remember the girl in that first event. She didn’t have it all figured out. She just started.

And that’s the reminder: you don’t need to have it all figured out to build something incredible. You just have to be willing to start. 🤍

From that first event in a tiny Holiday Inn Conference Room to now hundreds of women in bigger & better venues every year as we continue to outgrow our spaces.

My goal was never to become the largest women’s conference in America, just the #1 and we are so on track!

Still dreaming. Still building. Still just getting started.

But you don’t always see this…

The early mornings. The late nights. The meetings. The last-minute details. The AV checks. The volunteers running around. The team making 1,000 things happen at once. The moments where we’re tired, stressed, laughing, even crying but somehow making it all work.

This is what it looks like behind the scenes of Sisterhood.

And honestly? The magic is in the people who make it happen. 🤍

Our Sisterhood Conference VIP Kickoff Party showcased a private screening of Show Her the Money, followed by an incredible conversation with producer Catherine Gray and Fidelity Private Shares Partner Julia Miklasevich on women, funding, entrepreneurship, and what it takes to create more opportunities for women to build at the highest level.

Sisterhood isn’t just about celebrating where we are, it’s about creating a future where more women have the access, resources, and community to go further. 🤍
