People often ask “what is giard….. the stuff on The Italian?” Giardiniera (pronounced jar-din-air-uh) is a tangy, spicy topping made from a mix of pickled vegetables in vinegar. We use carrots, olives, cauliflower, jalepeños, celery, and roasted red peppers! It gives our Italian sandwich the perfect amount of tanginess and a great crunch! 🥕🫑🫒🌶️ by @bigstickbbq

Did you know: Our Original Barbecue Sauce predates the restaurant! Rick had been making his famous BBQ sauce for over 20 years before he opened The Big Stick Barbecue Truck in 2017. Since then, we’ve added new sauce recipes like our Carolina Gold mustard sauce, or our creamy and garlicky Alabama White Sauce. What’s your favorite? 😋 by @bigstickbbq
