We’ve had a great run at Stemma for the last couple years, but now it’s time for us to move on to a new adventure. Tomorrow, Sunday, May 18 will be our last day at @stemmabrewing so make sure to come by and grab your favorite barbecue! Thank you, Jason and Kim and the whole Stemma crew for welcoming us and allowing us to serve your customers as well as our own. Want to give a huge shout out to all of our great staff who have manned the Foodtruck all this time! To name a few and I’m sure I’ll miss somebody, Amy, Madeline, Dan, Nick, Spencer, Owen, Hunter, Janelle, Kayla, Jesse, Brittany, but especially Madeline, who has been the anchor at the Foodtruck the entire time we’ve been open! We know you’ll all miss her almost as much us the BBQ, but don’t forget, you can still get your favorite barbecue in Bellingham at our brick and mortar restaurant on Orchard Street right off guide Meridian. You can also use third-party delivery, Viking Food Delivery or Uber eats. Want to pick it up yourself? Call us at 360-543-6961. We’ll have your food ready when you arrive! Keep following this Instagram account to see where will be next, but in the meantime, we’ll see you at the restaurant!!#thebigstickbarbecuetruck #bigstickbbq #bellinghamsbestbbq

Move at a brisk(et) pace to your nearest BBQ joint.

We recently found ourselves at Big Stick Barbecue, hidden away in an industrial park area. And we're sure glad we did!

Shown here is the combo plate for two ($35), plus a large side of mac and cheese ($10). The platter includes ribs, brisket, pulled pork, pickles, jalapenos, barbecue beans, coleslaw, and buns (we upgraded to cornbread). 😋

We also got some lemonade and sweet tea. It was plenty of food for our little family of four.
