Spend the day with me at Flow & Faith ✨🤍

My first Pilates class and such a beautiful, intentional experience. From the energy in the room to the music, the people, and the atmosphere… everything just felt aligned 💫

Being surrounded by so many beautiful women and good vibes was something I truly needed. I’m so grateful I got to experience this.

And yes… Pilates will humble you QUICK 😭 but I’ll definitely be back.
