THIS IS SISTERHOOD! 🍦💛 On Sunday, we gathered for our fifth Flow & Faith, and once again, we were reminded that this is so much bigger than a workout. It’s mothers choosing themselves for an afternoon without guilt. It’s women driving hours just to be in a room where they feel seen. It’s hugs that turn strangers into sisters. It’s supporting women-owned businesses, sharing stories, making new connections, and realizing you were never meant to do life alone. Flow & Faith has always been about creating a space where you can come exactly as you are, no pressure, no expectations, just you. A space to move your body, quiet your mind, reconnect with your faith, and remember who you are beneath the weight of everyday life. Watching this community continue to grow is something we’ll never take for granted. Every hug, every conversation, every prayer, every smile reminds us why we started. And we’re only getting started. One thing Coach @dorasolovely and @curves__ahead going to do is cook and decorate!!! Dinner: Pink chicken Alfredo, spiced shrimp, and garlic bread! Them babies said “how did you get the pasta PINK”!!! I said “Its Barbie night so we had to do it” Breakfast: Red velvet waffles, vanilla bean waffles, white chocolate chip waffles, cheese grits, bacon, sausage, and eggs! Yes we cooks DOWN at ABS too😛🫶🏾🩷 ANYTHING for OUR STARS!!! Shout out to our parents for fundraising and meeting our goals!!! Y’all the true MVPs😘
