A glimpse into what a class in #binyskitchen looks like!

This amazing group are repeat students and we had an extra special moment at the end to celebrate a birthday 🥳

Together we made salmon two ways- along with orzo and roasted pepper salad.

I am NOT WORTHY!!!!!!

That time I COOKED WITH @drewbarrymore ON @thedrewbarrymoreshow !!!

Unreal - out of body experience yesterday at @cbstv studios filming my Panch Poron Crusted potatoes for Drew @chefpilarvaldes and @adam.pally - let’s just say, THEY APPROVE!

I cooked alongside @ohh.em.gee - her potato recipe was totally EPIC- I’m so grateful for this opportunity and experience. God is the greatest 🥰

Shame on “elected” @tohsupervisor John Ferretti and council members: Thomas Muscarella, Melissa Miller, Laura A. Ryder, Chris Schneider, and Dennis Dunne for not condemning the racist behavior of @bruceblakemanncexec . We’ve had enough of this on a federal level and no one deserves to be treated this way. We all have the right to practice our religion peacefully. It is shameful for our county executive to run this as a campaign tool. This does not make any community safer and respected. We all deserve dignity and respect, yet this administration lacks the accountability to give it to every one of their residents. Muhammara Recipe!

2 red bell peppers
4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil divided
1/4 lb shelled toasted walnuts
3 garlic cloves roughly chopped
2 1/2 tbsp tomato paste
3/4 cup bread crumbs
2 tbsp pomegranate molasses
1 tsp Aleppo pepper
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tsp sumac
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

Roast and peel your red bell peppers- let cool then blend all ingredients together until smooth (or chunky if you prefer)

Garnish with drizzle of Pomegranate molasses, extra virgin olive oil, crushed walnuts, toasted bread crumbs and I used a drizzle of my @algaecookingclub smoked tomato oil which I think sent this version over the top- not a drop was left behind!

Serve with zatar flatbreads at your next gathering!

It’s a beautiful thing that your departed loved ones are never really gone. They continue to live inside of you - in the quiet ways that remind you that you love and were loved.
