The time has come to enlist an extra pair of hands. Hello! Is it you I’m looking for? 👀

What I’m after is someone who is really comfortable with CapCut to help take some editing workload off my plate.

This isn’t really a traditional ‘video editor’ role. My content style, standards and instincts are my USP and I genuinely adore the editing process. But alas, I’m just a girl with the same amount of hours in a day as Molly Mae.

🤍I primarily need someone who can take batches of client footage, organise, upload and rough cut, with scope for more as we grow.

🤍I’m looking for someone with a great eye who understands socials.

🤍 I want clean, natural, social-first editing, not flashy, overproduced video edits.

🤍 This is flexible, freelance, remote work.

You don’t need to be an experienced professional editor. If you’re a bit of a CapCut whizz, understand Instagram (and that other one!) and have a good eye, I’d love to hear from you. I’m happy to train the right person up within reason.

👀 I often scroll through my social feeds thinking, ‘that person knows, but that person doesn’t, they know, they don’t….’ Can you guess what it is that takes literal seconds but vastly improves the quality of your content? And yet so many people don’t do it?

Clean your camera lens! Our phones are constantly in our hands and our lenses are cloudy and fingerprinted. Don’t underestimate the power of a quick clean to make everything crisper and more colourful. And do it regularly. As often as you check the sound, check your lens.⚡️

If you wear glasses, those little lens cleaning cloths are ideal. Or fish out the one that come with your sunglasses. But honestly, a quick wipe on your soft clean jumper sleeve will see you right in a pickle.

Even perfect light and a brilliant camera are no match for hand cream residue, dust and random smudges. 👊🏻
