RUN AS ONE @sauconysocialclub @twprjct Saucony Covent Garden Takeover 🏃‍♂️

We teamed up with Saucony to bring The PLAY Method to the TWP run club ahead of race day on the weekend. Founder @india_bailey guided us through a movement session grounded in recovery, release and grounding. Then, @bis__ous and @kittyrose.cs led us through an art workshop, creating a banner that will be displayed on race day.

Catch our banner at @rinse.fm stand this weekend ✨ and thank you to everyone who joined us! taken in Saucony by @bis__ous
