Made this list for a writing workshop, before the 5th album. As jy meer as 10 van hierdie kan identify, the song and the lyric, pos ek vir jou ‘n signed copy van die Bittereinder liriekeboekie. Jy kan DM of comment. by @bittereinder

Stepping back onto stage to jam some @bittereinder songs after a gap of three years was such a lovely experience. Shoutouts and big love to @peachvanpletzen and @sognage and @praisetheloudmusic for the opportunity, and to @alexi_wolf and @wikusdewet for the photographs. Dit was regtig net ‘n surprise, un-announced three-song cameo, for the love of the game. Ons het Hartseer Gangster, Kwaad Naas en Die Dinkdansmasjien gedoen (ek was verbaas oor hoe vinnig DDM se lirieke is, damn). Anyway, if you were there you were there, hope you enjoyed it as much as I did, and if any future things like this happen I’ll be sure to give a bit more of a warning! #bonsweermag #bittereinderisdood by @bittereinder

Die Bittereinder lirieke-boekie launch by Daisy Jones in Stellenbosch was amazing! ‘n Bar vibe, of ‘n coffee shop vibe, of iemand se huis? Weeksaand vibe of Saterdagmiddag?

In 2020 the Godfather @stogie_t did an amazing thing for the culture, he covered his insta wall with rappers from all over the world who rapped over the same beat and sent him videos of it, five a week, in a massive and beautiful project called #freestylefridays, which eventually became a TV show. Was talking to somebody about this the other day, wanted to show them the video, saw that T had taken the dozens (was it hundreds!?) of videos off his wall. Uploading it again here for posterity. Spat these rhymes over the given beat in May 2020, 3 days before we were allowed to leave our houses again. Insane memory. Long live hip-hop. Long live Stogie T. Fuck lockdowns. Y’all might recognise some of these rhymes that later got developed into other tracks. Was so fun smashing this whole thing out in 5 days. Peach recorded and mixed my vox, Louis shot and graded the footage, I wrote and delivered the rhymes and edited the video. #freestylefridays #bittereinderisdood by @bittereinder
