Hard to believe that the NYT thinks it’s a good idea to stock up on shitty $18 frozen egg sandwiches from Costco (eighteen dollars???). Instead of doing that, do this: here are two lovely seasonal breakfast sandwiches using @bittmans ciabatta. Variations are infinite and obvious.
