Did you know that a successful laser frenectomy is only half the journey? ✨

The mouth heals incredibly fast, so the newly released tissue naturally wants to reattach! That’s where post-frenectomy oral exercises come in.

Gentle stretches and tongue exercises after a procedure help keep the site open, prevent reattachment, and retrain your baby or child to use their new range of motion for better eating, speaking, and breathing.

Head to the link in bio to read the full guide and feel 100% prepared for your child's recovery! 💙

✨ Happy Fall, Bitty Bites family! 🍂🍎

Spiced lattes and pumpkin pie are officially back! While autumn brings all our favorite sweet treats, it’s also the season to extra-protect those growing smiles.

Enjoy the goodies, but don't forget to keep those brushes moving and floss threaders working! 🪥

Quick tip: Sticky treats like candy corn can cling to tooth enamel longer than usual. A quick rinse with water after eating helps wash away sugary residue until it's time to brush! ✨

Tethered oral tissues (like tongue and lip ties) are so much more than just a nursing issue, and many of the signs are easy to miss!

When a restricted tie keeps the tongue from lifting to the roof of the mouth or prevents the top lip from flaring, it can affect everything from milk transfer and air intake to long-term sleep and airway development.

The good news? A quick, gentle evaluation in our office can give you clear answers and relief 💙

Starting a braces journey? Knowing what to do and what to skip is the key to a smooth, quick, and cavity-free transformation! ✨

✅ DO: Brush after every meal to keep food from hiding behind brackets.
✅ DO: Floss daily! Special threaders or water flossers make it super easy.

❌ DON'T: Crunch on ice, hard candies, or sticky treats that can snap brackets.
❌ DON'T: Forget to wear your retainer!

Got a question about a specific food or habit? Drop it in the comments below, and our team will answer!
