WE ARE SO BACK BABY!!! Post show for me hasn’t been a thrilling ride, I fell off plan blew up more than I’d like to but no one to blame but myself, 100 different people can tell you what to do and how to do the reverse but ultimately it comes down to you finding out on your own as well, it makes or breaks you that’s for sure! Can proudly say back on plan 100% extra water weight, and inflammation is just shedding off, strength increasing, still somewhat lean in certain places but I’m learning day by day.
