Everybody wants to level up until they realize what it actually costs. You can’t keep the same habits, make the same excuses, waste the same hours, and expect a different life. Building businesses. Raising a family. Chasing goals that most people think are unrealistic. I’ve learned that the hardest part isn’t doing the work. It’s having the discipline to do it when nobody’s watching, nobody’s cheering, and nobody cares. You don’t need more motivation. You need fewer excuses. LOCK IN. 🔒 Be honest. What’s the ONE thing distracting you from becoming who you want to be?

Bodybuilders will weigh 3 blueberries to the exact gram and then measure honey with their heart. 💀🍯 Tell me I’m not the only one who does this 😂 #bodybuildinghumor #bodybuilderproblems #gymhumor #mensphysique #bodybuildingprep

I spent most of my life uncomfortable in my own skin. I learned to make the joke first. Hide behind clothes. Avoid pictures. Pretend I didn’t care what people thought. But I cared. A lot. This transformation has given me something far more valuable than a smaller waist or more muscle. For the first time in my life, I’m starting to feel comfortable being me. I still see that insecure kid in the mirror sometimes—but I don’t hate him anymore. I’m proud of him. He survived long enough to become someone he never thought he could be. #transformation #weightloss #bodybuilding #apollonnutrition #headstrongmen

Shoulders weren’t built by just moving weight from A to B. They’re built through intent. John Meadows understood that better than almost anyone—get the muscle warm, create tension, control the eccentric, attack the right angles, and when everything is primed… push it into hell. Today wasn’t about chasing numbers. It was controlled reps. Hard contractions. Nasty partials. Constant tension. And sets taken to the point where the delts had absolutely nowhere left to hide. Stimulate the muscle. Don’t just survive the movement. That Mountain Dog mentality will always have a place in my training. 🐕⛰️ Train hard. Train smart. Make every rep count. #apollonnutrition #headstrongmen #bodybuilding #weightloss #transformation

3 WEEKS OUT. RUN IT BACK. 😈 Already a pound lighter than my last show day weight. Conditioning is better. Posing is sharper. Waist went from a 28 to a 26. And we still have 3 weeks to work. This prep has been far from perfect. But that’s the fucking point. Life doesn’t stop because you’ve got a goal. Shit goes wrong. You get tested. Things don’t always go according to plan. None of that changes the mission. Stay disciplined. Be precise. Make the adjustments. Trust the work you’ve put in and keep showing up even when things aren’t going your way. I’m not chasing perfection. I’m chasing improvement. And right now, the difference is showing. Never count yourself out. Never give up on yourself. KEEP FUCKING GOING. Unfinished business. ⚔️ Fueled by @_optimal_nutrition_ 🧬 Coaches @ifbbpro_nutley_22 👑 @verocinque_110hh 🕺🪩 #bodybuilding #mensphysique #fitnessgoals #optimalnutrition #fitfam

“I’m not where I want to be yet, but I’m a long way from who I used to be.” Sometimes I get so caught up in chasing what’s next that I forget to appreciate how far I’ve already come. I’ve made mistakes, taken losses, learned some hard lessons, and had plenty of reasons to slow down. But through it all, I’ve kept showing up. I’m proud of what I’ve built, but I’m nowhere near finished. And that’s what keeps me going. That’s the same mentality behind Optimal Nutrition. We’re not just building a supplement store. We’re building something people can be proud to represent. Speaking of which… 👀🏀 We’ve been working on bringing in our very own Optimal Nutrition basketball jerseys, and I’m excited to show you guys what’s coming. More than a brand. It’s a mindset. Keep growing. Keep building. Never get comfortable. 💪

Proud of what I brought, but I know I’ve got more in me. Took the feedback, learned from it, and went right back to work. Grateful for the opportunity to do it all over again. November 7th. 220 LBS. WE FUCKING MADE IT. ❤️ I’ve stared at this goal for so long that seeing 220 on the scale honestly doesn’t feel real. This number represents so much more than weight lost. It represents the early mornings, the hunger, the cardio, the training, the discipline, the setbacks, and every single time I chose not to quit. But I didn’t get here alone. To my wife, my family, my friends, my coach, and every single person who has supported, encouraged, checked on, and believed in me along the way — thank you from the bottom of my heart. Over 100 pounds gone. A completely different man gained. 220 was my first ultimate goal. Today, I reached it. Tomorrow, we keep fucking going. ❤️ #weightloss #transformation #bodybuilding #apollonnutrition #headstrongmen

I stopped competing with everyone else when I realized the only person standing between me and who I want to become was me. This journey has never been about being better than the guy next to me. It’s about being better than the man I was yesterday. Stronger than my excuses. More disciplined than my old habits. More focused than my doubts. And unwilling to go back to the version of myself I fought so hard to leave behind. Some days I win by adding weight to the bar. Some days I win by sticking to the plan. And some days, simply showing up is the victory. I’m building something bigger than a physique. I’m building a man I can be proud of. No finish line. No comparison. ME AGAINST ME. ⚔️🎣 #apollonnutrition #headstrongmen #bodybuilding #weightloss #transformation

TWO DAYS OUT. ⚡️ The closer I get to that stage, the more I realize this journey has become about a lot more than me. Yes, I want to win. I want to see how far I can push myself. But one of the biggest reasons I share all of this—the good days, the suffering, the discipline, the sacrifices—is because I want someone watching to realize they’re capable of more too. Maybe your goal has nothing to do with bodybuilding. Start the business. Lose the weight. Become a better father. Chase the career. Fix your habits. Do the thing you keep telling yourself you’ll do “one day.” If watching me relentlessly chase something I believe in gives you even a little more belief in yourself, that means more to me than you know. But I’ve also learned something along the way. The brighter you’re willing to shine, the more uncomfortable it can make some people. I’ve lost followers. I’ve watched people who once supported me start talking shit. I’ve received some genuinely hateful messages. And I don’t hate any of you for it. Actually, I hope you win too. I hope whatever is hurting inside of you heals. I hope you find something you’re so passionate about that you stop being bothered by someone else’s passion. I hope you become so confident in your own path that someone else chasing greatness inspires you instead of offending you. Because I refuse to make myself smaller just to make somebody else more comfortable. And I refuse to let somebody else’s negativity turn my heart negative. So whether you love me, hate me, support me, or misunderstand me—I still want the best for you. And to everyone who has supported me, believed in me, or told me that this journey inspired you to chase something bigger in your own life… That’s why I keep sharing it. Two days out. Let’s finish what we started. ❤️⚡️#mensphysiquepic #2daysout #bodybuilding #fitnessmotivation #optimalnutrition

Optimal Family, I need your help on this one. 🤝 We’re officially 7 days out, flat today, and getting down to the final details before stepping on stage. I’ve shared a lot of this prep with you guys, so I want your help making one of the last decisions. Which shorts should I wear on show day? ⚡ Blue Lightning 🌌 Purple Galaxy They’re two different sizes, so they sit and fit a little differently. Watch both posing routines and really tell me which one you think looks better on stage. Drop BLUE ⚡ or PURPLE 🌌 in the comments — I’m actually using your votes to help make the final call. Appreciate everyone who’s been following this journey. One more week. ❤️
