Guys… I REMEMBERED THE WHOLE ROUTINE 😭💃✨

If you’ve ever been to a dance class with me, you’ll know this is a major achievement 😂

Usually I’m a few beats behind, facing the wrong direction, or desperately copying the person next to me 🫠 but this was the first class where I felt like my brain and body were finally working together 🥹🫶

Am I Beyoncé? No.

Am I ridiculously proud of myself? Absolutely. 💅✨

A little reminder that being a beginner is actually quite fun when you stop worrying about getting everything perfect 💖

Big thank you for @bethksclasses for making this so fun and being the best teacher ever 🩷

✨ choreograph with me ✨ a series: part 1

wanted to let you in on how my brain choreographs, sometimes it can take me 20 minutes, sometimes it can take 2 days in all honestly, it well and truly depends 😅

enjoy, there is probably 10 minutes of unseen footage of me losing my mind 🙂‍↕️

Our Manchester workshop is coming ‼️

SATURDAY 29TH AUGUST
11AM - 1:30PM
📍 @0161studios
ENTRY LEVEL HEELS & OPEN LEVEL COMMERCIAL

ENTRY LEVEL HEELS 👠 (11AM - 12PM)
Led by the lovely Holly, if you’ve never danced in a heel before, this is the class for you. Learn basic technique and a small routine, and even if you don’t own heels, that’s fine! We recommend if it’s your first time in a heels class to dance is socks to focus on technique 💫
Suitable for everyone ✨

OPEN LEVEL COMMERCIAL 👟 (12:30PM - 1:30PM)
Led by Empower Manchester’s teacher Beth, learn a routine suitable for all levels. Movement will be adapted for every level in the room. Come dance with us, whether you’ve never danced before, are currently dancing or want to revisit something you once loved - we’re here to welcome you with all the support and love you need 🫂💌💫

(30 minutes between classes for filming and for a little break and check in 💗)

Link to book on @empowerdance_ or visit the Empower Dance website. Use the code BOTH for £10 off both classes at checkout 💞

back in my hip hop bagggg 💋

very rarely post a solo but i feel like it’s important to showcase the variety we can offer at @empowerdance_ & with the next steps we’re taking together with the Manchester branch, it feels right to post this 🦋💫🫧💌

since hip hop is a very requested style recently, expect to see more of this 🗣️
