This Halloween, we’re taking things WAY beyond your usual dance class…

We’ve got THREE BIG concept videos coming to Empower - each with its own soundtrack, style, choreography and Video Concept 👀🎥

🔥 MANCHESTER
Dark. Sexy. Elevated.
A Halloween concept combining our Beginners + Intermediate dancers for a mini music-video moment led by Beth 👠🖤

🤡 BIDDULPH
WELCOME TO THE CIRCUS 🎪
A full concept built around Britney Spears’ Circus, bringing our Biddulph community together for something dramatic, fun and VERY Halloween.

🖤 CHESHIRE
A HUGE community music video concept bringing together our Knutsford + Northwich girlies across different styles and levels, all filmed in a seriously spooky location. Think THRILLER meets Empower 💀

Three completely different concepts.
One thing in common…
Halloween at Empower is about to be UNMISSABLE 🎃👻

Swipe through for all the details on each concept, including dates, rehearsals, locations and how to get involved!

🎟️ TICKETS ARE LIVE NOW!!!
Which one are you joining?! 😝

UNFILTERED. 🎬

This came from a convo between me & Beth…
Why do we feel like we have to choose between heels and commercial?

When really… they complement each other so much.

Heels builds control, presence, intention.
Commercial brings power, texture, freedom.

And the more you explore both, the more they enhance each other.

But this is bigger than just these two styles…
Dance was never meant to be one thing.

It’s constantly evolving, blending, growing.
And you’re allowed to explore all of it.

Just because you’re a heels girly doesn’t mean you wouldn’t love commercial.
And just because commercial feels safe, doesn’t mean you wouldn’t feel incredible in heels.

No boxes. No pressure.
Just the freedom to try, learn, and grow.

That’s exactly what we’re creating inside The Power of Heels ❤️‍🔥

Wear heels. Wear trainers. Do both.
Just come as you are.

Few spaces left for September…
if you’ve been watching, this is your sign.

PAIGE PATTON 🤍🥹

A little look back at Paige’s beautiful contemporary routine at the Power of Heels. The emotion, the connection, the storytelling… we were ALL in our feels 😭✨

Paige created a moment that went beyond the movement, bringing so much emotion into the room that we’re pretty sure there wasn’t a dry eye left 🥹🤍

A reminder of just how powerful dance can be when you let yourself feel every second ❤️‍🔥

This might shock you...

1. A friend to come with - you might arrive solo, but you’ll be part of our community in no time.
2. To look a certain way - every body belongs on our dancefloor 🤍
3. Dance experience - everyone starts somewhere, and we welcome all levels.
4. To justify taking time for yourself - you deserve that time, simply because you do.
5. To own expensive dance gear - wear whatever makes you feel comfortable.
6. Perfect coordination - we’re here to learn, move and have fun, not get every step right.
7. Confidence - come exactly as you are and we will build it as you go.

Want proof? Book your class and we’ll show you ❤️‍🔥

There’s something so powerful about moving your body with the confidence, the attitude and the energy - a reminder that dance is about so much more than learning steps. It’s about how you FEEL when you let go and own your moment 🤍

And this room of women? Absolutely FELT IT 🥹❤️‍🔥

NINA LI 💥

A little look back at Nina’s incredible routine at the Power of Heels. Challenging? ABSOLUTELY. Worth it? EVERY SINGLE SECOND 😮‍💨🔥

Nina pushed us out of our comfort zones, challenged us to step up and reminded us just how powerful we can be when we back ourselves. Watching everyone take it on and OWN the dancefloor was something special 🤍

We came, we challenged ourselves, and we left feeling EMPOWERED 🥹❤️‍🔥
