“ABSTINENCE”

Lately, I’ve been feeling more secure in my body by recognizing how powerful it is to have this sacred vessel!
It’s rightfully mine, and I honor it to the highest degree.
Abstinence has been one of the strongest test of my willpower and discipline.
I’ve been abstaining from sex & alcohol (next will be weed) which has gifted me the clarity I’ve begged for, for so long.
I’m present!
My boundaries are stronger than ever, and my emotions no longer control me!
My dreams are becoming my reality right before my eyes!
I worked for this!
I deserve this!
Today I celebrate this journey I’m on as I continue to grow into the person I envision myself to be!
