🏆 CONGRATULATIONS TO THE AMAZING LAKITA AKA KILLA KITA! 🏆

This woman went out there this past Saturday and FINISHED FIRST! 🥇🔥

Kita is the epitome of hard work, dedication, discipline, and consistency. She worked her ass off, stayed committed, and showed exactly what happens when you put the work in.

And YES… BLACK WOMEN ROCK! 🖤👑 Melanin popping, confidence shining, and that trophy looking REAL good! 😂🔥

Kita, I am so damn proud of you! Thank you for trusting me, believing in the process, and representing The Train Station the way you did.

You didn’t just bring home a trophy… you brought that trophy HOME TO THE TRAIN STATION! 🏆🚂

Congratulations, Killa Kita! You earned every bit of it! ❤️‍🔥

I gladly move out the way so we can celebrate my sister and her upcoming birthday on October 7th! 🎉♎️

We’re Libras, so you already know… WE DO IT BIG! 😂♎️

Last night we headed to Icon in Dallas, and if you’ve never been, yeah… YOU NEED TO GO! The food and drinks were amazing, and the vibes were everything.

Then we had to finish the night the right way… Peach Cobbler Factory! 😮‍💨😂

Just an amazing day with family, laughing, eating, drinking, and celebrating my sister. ❤️

Happy early birthday! October 7th is coming! ♎️🎂🥂 by @blackandugly

😂😂 Everybody keep asking the Train Station to delete this…

I WILL… WHEN YOU PAY FOR THE YEAR OF TRAINING SESSIONS! 😂

I’m not gay, I’m just committed to marketing. 🤣

Apparently The Train Station got me in a relationship with half of Fort Worth. 🚂💀

$1,000 a month. Come join me. 😂 by @blackandugly

🚨🚨 COMO WORKOUT LOCATION CHANGE 🚨🚨

SPREAD THE WORD!!! 📢

Today’s FREE Como workout was supposed to be at the park, but Mother Nature decided she wanted to join the workout too! 😂🌧️

It’s raining HEAVY, the ground is going to be wet and slippery, and I’m not trying to have anybody doing burpees and accidentally become a hospital patient. 😂

So for everybody’s safety, WE’RE MOVING INSIDE!

📍 THE TRAIN STATION
1900 8th Ave
Fort Worth, TX 76110

💰 STILL 100% FREE!
⏰ Same time: 6:00 PM

Come get your workout in, meet some new people, sweat a little, laugh a lot, and see what The Train Station is all about.

Rain ain’t stopping the workout — it’s just changing the location! 🚂💪🏾

SHARE THIS!!! Somebody needs to see this before they pull up to the park looking like they’re waiting on the Ark. 😂🌧️🚂
