COMO, WHAT ARE WE DOING?! 😂😂😂 Six people showed up today, and I’m grateful for EVERY LAST ONE OF Y’ALL! 💪🏾🤣 But listen… I’m trying to make COMO THE FITTEST NEIGHBORHOOD IN FORT WORTH, and some of y’all are acting like 45 minutes of exercise is a prison sentence! 😭😂 IT’S FREE! Ain’t no membership fee, no enrollment fee, no hidden charges! The only thing you might lose is that belly! 🤣🤣🤣 I’m trying to get Como so fit that when somebody says, “Let’s go walking,” folks don’t ask WHERE THE CAR IS PARKED! 😂😂😂 We’re back NEXT THURSDAY at the park where the old center used to be. Bring your mama, daddy, cousin, neighbor, ex, and that friend who keeps saying they’re about to start working out! SIX TODAY. TWELVE NEXT WEEK. TWENTY AFTER THAT! I’M MANIFESTING IT! 🙌🏾💪🏾 Great job, gang! Y’all showed up, put in work, and survived another episode of Brandon’s FREE FITNESS MINISTRY! 😂🚂 #ComoFit #TheTrainStation #FittestNeighborhoodInFortWorth #ItsFreeYall #FitnessIsMyMinistry

CLIENT OF THE WEEK: SMORG 💪🏾🚂 In the last four months, the culture at the Train Station has CHANGED—and you can attribute a lot of that to Smorg! Bro will tell you, he likes that REAL IRON! 😂 Every day at 9 AM, we take the top off this gym, turn that little baby on, and GET BUSY! Heavy iron, them burpees, and workouts that feel like they came straight out the penitentiary! 😂💀 And honestly, that’s because of Smorg’s work ethic. He shows up, he works hard, and he sets the tone. That kind of energy is contagious, and it’s helped change the culture around here. Smorg, you are officially CLIENT OF THE WEEK! 🏆 Thank you for believing in me, trusting the process, and putting in that WORK! Train Station 4 Life 🚂 Cross the tracks and change your life.

BEFORE & AFTER — 9 MONTHS OF WORK 💪🏾🔥 Haters will say, “AI.” 😂 It’s not. This is what HARD WORK looks like. 9 months of TRAINSformation for Corrigan and Jack, and the results speak for themselves. The bench is up. The squat is up. Their strength is up. Most importantly, they’re getting results at The Train Station. 🚂💪🏾 I’ve got 9 months left with these boys, and now it’s time to go EVEN HARDER. Their work ethic is unparalleled, and watching them grow has been one of the best parts of what I do. And let me tell y’all something—these boys are more than just athletes. Talking to Corrigan, I find out this dude takes ASTROPHYSICS! 😳😂 There are only FIVE kids in the entire class, and it’s district-wide. That tells you something about the kind of young man he is. And Jack? He’s headed to the Air Force Academy. A man-child in his own right—disciplined, driven and already thinking about his future. I’m proud of both of you, fellas. Keep working. Keep pushing. Keep challenging yourselves. 9 months down. 9 months to go. Now let’s see what happens when we turn it up another notch. 🔥 Great job, Corrigan & Jack! 🚂 THE TRAIN STATION Cross the tracks and change your life.
