Incidental Import Artifact

fliptastic_flipping_29

(really been messing with 0.85x at 60fps lately)

I really like how this one came together. The Xolo/Reaper seams to be the bali in my collection that just keeps on growing with me as I find my style and progress as a flipper skill wise. Feel, finish, performance, size, the Xolo/Reaper on v2 reaper handles feels really intentionally designed/mismatched comboed, and every time I flip it I get excited for what else Black Balisong is cooking up. The backside of the blade really forces me to think differently for spine rules spine grabs and blade grabs. I really think balisongs that make your mind be forced to think about flipping differently are useful and help you grow out of rigidity of comfort, and this balisong is a great example of such.

One of the last V3 Reapers, I can say this has been the knife I’ve enjoyed the most to work on. by @blackbalisong

This is the first time I sold something out in less than 6 months.

As you may know, I always make 100 knives per model (with a couple exceptions like the V2 Rebola and V1 Reaper) and it used to take around a year to sell those 100 units, sometimes even more.

But, the V3 Reaper was released this March and I’m already down to just a couple of them!

Thanks guys for all the support you’ve been giving me and the V3 Reaper.

I thought it would be cool to do some carving on these spacers, and what’s better than a spine on a Reaper?

What do you think?
