So here’s the last design of my Bernie “ Crude Oil “. Perez series. You all seemed to really have loved these shirts more so than any other gear I’ve dropped and I’m super grateful to anyone that copped. I’m open to any kind of opinions of graffiti inspired gear you all would like to see. I know the options out there are somewhat lacking . There’s so many graffiti inspired brands that unfortunately miss the mark . Either in price range or the content in general .

Bless you all !! by @blacklungink

I decided to make some shirts commemorating really a good friend of mine who I was reminded of today. Bernie was the greatest graffiti writer probably ever. maybe that’s disputable, somebody being that he’s not the most famous artist ever, but I’m sure that if he were to compete with any of the greats, there’s nobody that could take him out.

it’s really something else to say that you know and spent time with somebody who is the greatest in their field. It’s not something that you get to do very often. it’s not something that a lot of people can’t say they’ve done. Bernie was a trailblazer. He was the embodiment of graffiti art and unfortunately, I think that graffiti has been cheapened since he died, but he was the last of the true greats. Miss him dearly .

I don’t have a lot of these shirts left. I sold them at a really good price so people bought a lot of them so if you’d like one of these, hit me up. Thank you ! by @blacklungink

A couple of new print companies have gone online recently, making independent clothing much more accessible. Now creators and customers alike will be feeling a windfall of savings and a spike in the quality of clothing available. This nice hoodie for example Uses the same blanks that major companies use as well.

The cherry on top will be fully customizable prints available at your hearts desire .

The sky is the limit!

To outsiders, I’ve always described graffiti as “ competitive art “. You often hear athletes praising their peers , but graffiti is different . People who do graffiti more often than not have egos so misguidedly huge that they are absolutely unable to say a single kind word about anyone who is not in their circle .

It’s an important thought in relation to this photo because as I’ve grown up I’ve watched these guys become as good as you can get at this art form . Fantastic artists and humble people. If you can’t bring yourself to say that , you belong to the misguided.
