Your phone has 4,000 contacts and you still don't have a partner.

Everything is a screen now. The pitch is a DM. The meeting is a link. The handshake is an emoji. And somehow the deals that change your year still happen the old way: across a table, face to face, with someone who looked you in the eye and said "let's build."

So we built the room for it.

JOINT VENTURES: LET'S COLLABORATE
Thursday, October 22 · Doors 5:15 PM
D.I.P Events Venue · 571 Jackson Ave, South Bronx

Six operators. Six industries. Real estate, trading, construction, education, mixology, and the host who connects them all. Twelve minutes each on what they actually do, then the room breaks into corners and your question becomes a conversation. A live bar from the door. Sixty seats. Every guest walks out with the room's contact list.

No pitch fest. No "let's connect on LinkedIn." You leave with a collaborator, not a stack of cards.

Sixty seats. Tickets start at $35. When they're gone, they're gone.

🎟️ Grab your seat.

10/4 somewhere in the world.
Lonely at the top, so I am bringing my squad.
Blessing hitting me in the face like a 2 by 4
See another 12 months, praying for another.

33 years and counting.

This one's for the block.
Save the date, the 123rd Youth Back to School Block Party is back Saturday August 22, 12 to 7 PM on W 123rd Street between Malcolm X Blvd and Adam Clayton Powell Jr Blvd. Free. All day. Every single year.

This year the block levels up. Luigi Rojas and Prompt Boss Academy are putting real AI controls in kids' hands, 90 minutes hands on, no demos, no sign ups. Corey Steele is building an actual zero proof bar with flair for the youth, Drink Your Fantasy, and he runs the hospitality internship that trains the high schoolers who'll pour it. Kimon Walker is pulling up with the Credit Table, free one on one credit talk that can change your next five years in five minutes. Yolanda Soto is sitting down to talk restarting life after 60, straight, no matter where you're starting from. And Paris Prince, the reason there's a block party to come to at all 33 years running, gets her flowers this time.

School supplies. Free raffle. Live music. Water slide. Bounce house. Snow cones. Magic show, comedy set, face painting and more still cooking, we confirm something new every week until August 22.

2025 brought 500+ neighbors and sent 250+ kids back to school ready. 2026 is about to top it.
Presented by the 123rd Street Youth Block Association. Vendors and sponsors welcome, pull up @ceobyblackmagic.

See you on the block.

Before PBA: kids in this neighborhood learning to type.
After PBA: kids in this neighborhood learn programming & build drones.

Not an exaggeration.
JetHexa. In a classroom. In Harlem.
Operated by a child.

This is what changes when you stop treating kids like they can't handle hard things.

Prompt Boss Academy. Education for youth.

Most entrepreneurs go to conferences to find their people.

We just pull up on a Harlem block instead.

Business credit. Funding. Start-up support.
Right there on W 123rd at a block party.

That is not a flex.
That is a model.

Community is the conference.
And we're building it again this year.

DM "BLOCK" to get your booth in.
