Part 1
I met with Soulful Synergy’s workforce cohort and used the analogy of signing up for a race to explain that the journey starts the moment you commit, not when you start training. Many people quit halfway and employers are facing issues with candidates not following through on commitments, which is something no technical education can teach.

33 years and counting.

This one's for the block.
Save the date, the 123rd Youth Back to School Block Party is back Saturday August 22, 12 to 7 PM on W 123rd Street between Malcolm X Blvd and Adam Clayton Powell Jr Blvd. Free. All day. Every single year.

This year the block levels up. Luigi Rojas and Prompt Boss Academy are putting real AI controls in kids' hands, 90 minutes hands on, no demos, no sign ups. Corey Steele is building an actual zero proof bar with flair for the youth, Drink Your Fantasy, and he runs the hospitality internship that trains the high schoolers who'll pour it. Kimon Walker is pulling up with the Credit Table, free one on one credit talk that can change your next five years in five minutes. Yolanda Soto is sitting down to talk restarting life after 60, straight, no matter where you're starting from. And Paris Prince, the reason there's a block party to come to at all 33 years running, gets her flowers this time.

School supplies. Free raffle. Live music. Water slide. Bounce house. Snow cones. Magic show, comedy set, face painting and more still cooking, we confirm something new every week until August 22.

2025 brought 500+ neighbors and sent 250+ kids back to school ready. 2026 is about to top it.
Presented by the 123rd Street Youth Block Association. Vendors and sponsors welcome, pull up @ceobyblackmagic.

See you on the block.

Most people using AI are getting 10 percent of what it can do. AJ was one of them.

AJ Willis runs Wessex Mortgage Advocates.
Smart operator. Already paying for AI tools.
Still doing 90 days of work to get one real outcome.
We built him a foundation. Not more tools. A system underneath the tools.
Same work now takes him 2 weeks.

You are probably sitting on the same gap. Link in bio.

You were taught to want independence. Nobody told you it was a ceiling.

Spent my whole life starting things. Events. Deals. Businesses.
Thought the goal was to need nobody.
Then I mapped my Ikigai and saw the real pattern.
Every single thing I ever built was a connection point. People finding people they needed.
The goal was never independence. It was interdependence.

This is Day 1. Follow and watch it get built.

Before PBA: kids in this neighborhood learning to type.
After PBA: kids in this neighborhood learn programming & build drones.

Not an exaggeration.
JetHexa. In a classroom. In Harlem.
Operated by a child.

This is what changes when you stop treating kids like they can't handle hard things.

Prompt Boss Academy. Education for youth.

Most entrepreneurs go to conferences to find their people.

We just pull up on a Harlem block instead.

Business credit. Funding. Start-up support.
Right there on W 123rd at a block party.

That is not a flex.
That is a model.

Community is the conference.
And we're building it again this year.

DM "BLOCK" to get your booth in.

A kid in Harlem just built a drone
He is 10 years old.

Most schools still teach typing as their tech class.
Prompt Boss Academy teaches real builds. Real tools. Real outcomes.

This is what we're building.
If you want to reach out.

The real flex is having people you can call when life gets messy financially.

Not just motivation.
Not just information.
Infrastructure.

Most people never had:

* a financial team
* a visual system
* real guidance
* direct communication

Now they do.

Text your credit team.
That's not normal.
That's the advantage.
