Nope, not wipeout. Swipe ⬅️ for variation. It’s 6-stroke roll based, 32 hits leading the first half with the right hand, same with the second half while leading with the left. #practice #drums #education by @blacksrecords

📸 by @claireweiss in 2003 while on the road with @thexplsn not knowing that in 2025 I would be called on to assist some heavy influences in my life like @screambanddc @rftcrftc @batteryhardcore while becoming part of Oakland’s @stragglerhc

Nor did I know that I would be continuing to be of service to @goldenvoice and to countless artists and bands rolling through @coachella @stagecoach & @campfloggnaw

I had no idea how rad my students at @cvsom would be.

No clue as to how important nurturing love with @thatgirlgoyle and @igmond_pup would be in my life.

Don’t stop trying, you never know what will come your way.

Remember, no one is getting out of this world alive, that in itself should unite us. Compassion is not a weakness, it’s a virtue and a strength earned through practice. taken in Alameda, California by @blacksrecords
