First tune-up race: COMPLETE. 🏁🔥

Week 5 of 16 and 8 runners from the cohort stepped to the start line at the DC Half to put their training to the test.

From workouts to race day, this journey is about showing up, putting in the work, and learning along the way. And this weekend was even more special with Coach Tunde coming up from ATL to join the cohort in DC and race alongside them. 🫱🏾‍🫲🏾

One race down. Plenty of work ahead. The road to sub-3 continues. ⏱️

Big thank you to @runpacers and @dchalfmarathon for putting on a great race, and @runcim262 for being the finish line we’re working toward.
