Our Blackwing Eras set looks back at some of the earliest Blackwings ever produced.

The 12 special edition pencils feature a dark grey barrel, dark gold ferrule with a black stripe, pink eraser, and our extra-firm graphite. This set has a distinctive finish that’s more matte than the 602. This feature brings a piece of Blackwing’s history back to the pencil.

The box takes inspiration from the first iterations of Blackwing packaging, giving the set a retro feel.

Retailer Spotlight - Paper Plant Co. in Los Angeles, California.

Paper Plant Co. is a paradise for all things paper and stationery. Their brick-and-mortar stores in Chinatown and Highland Park are communal spaces that encourage you to live your best analog life.

Why @paperplant.co loves Blackwing: "We see Blackwing being especially popular among the artists, illustrators, designers, and creators who come through our doors. Today is a reminder to write down your ideas, thoughts, and memories with paper and pencil. This intentional act creates a moment to slow down and reflect.

We created different paper types for every artisan's needs. For Dear Diary Day, we recommend the Spiral or Slate.

Not sure which notebook is right for you? Take our Paper Quiz at the link in our bio. Blackwing Slate notebooks, spiral notebooks, legal pads, reporter pads, and memo books arranged on a white background. by @blackwing
