You don’t need to know what you’re doing.

You don’t need to feel confident walking through the doors.

That’s literally what you’re here for.

Most women who walk through these doors aren’t comfortable with the body they’re in.

They just got tired of waiting until they felt “ready.”

You don’t have to be ready.

You just have to be willing to start.

DM me “START” and let’s figure out what training can look like for you. taken in BLK BOX TRAIN by @blkbox_train

We all start somewhere.

I can meet you wherever you are, along your fitness journey.

The hardest part is showing up. taken in BLK BOX TRAIN by @blkbox_train

Honestly, I can’t believe it either sometimes 🤷🏽‍♂️

Still taking on clients!

DM me what day you want to come in this week taken in BLK BOX TRAIN by @blkbox_train

Some clients on Day 1 of their program, others on Day 2.

I work with all levels of fitness. Even if you’ve never lifted a weight in your life, I’ll teach you everything you need to know.

So many of you have been watching from the sidelines. It’s time to hop in & invest back into yourself.

DM me to set up a free trial session. taken in BLK BOX TRAIN by @blkbox_train
