$6,100 RAISED FOR PRECIOUS LIFE SHELTER 🥹◾️
This community showed UP.

Together we put in:
🔥 1,680 calories
💪 1,062 reps
🏃 5,400 meters
💰 $6,100 raised

What started as a workout turned into $6,100 going directly toward supporting Precious Life Shelter & we could not be more proud of our BLK BOX community🫶🏼

To every person who donated, participated, cheered someone on, bought reps & helped us absolutely suffer 😂 THANK YOU.

Strong people. Strong community. Bigger purpose. 🖤
This is BLK BOX◾️

You don’t need to know what you’re doing.

You don’t need to feel confident walking through the doors.

That’s literally what you’re here for.

Most women who walk through these doors aren’t comfortable with the body they’re in.

They just got tired of waiting until they felt “ready.”

You don’t have to be ready.

You just have to be willing to start.

DM me “START” and let’s figure out what training can look like for you.

We all start somewhere.

I can meet you wherever you are, along your fitness journey.

The hardest part is showing up.
