I can’t believe Big Dom is 2 already!!! One of the best things about getting to spend the rest of my life with the love of my life (shout out my wife @complicated_melody986), is watching our kids grow up. Join us in celebrating Dominick’s birthday as he rides off into Year Number 2. We can’t wait to see what God has in store for you this year!!! #ThisAintHisFirstRodeo taken in Nashville, Tennessee by @blkhky

This Quick Clip Drill from @tsutigers_hockey's Duante' Abercrombie connects to wall play, where so many offensive opportunities are won or lost. Angles, timing, and support routes become the difference between a clean exit or a turnover.

"What's another key to to the game of hockey when it comes to pace? You got to get to the line of the puck first." @TSUTigersHockey's Duante' Abercrombie shares this 2v2 drill that emphasizes attacking off the wall.

Every coach wants their team to play fast. During his #TCSLive presentation, @tsutigers_hockey Head Coach Duante Abercrombie (@blkhky) demonstrated that speed starts with how players handle pressure along the boards. Link in bio to WATCH NOW! by @blkhky

This week we were honored to be Coach Duante’ Abercrombie’s last ice stop in the DC area before making his move to Nashville to serve as the head coach of the Tennessee State Tigers, where he will be the first Black Head Coach of an NCAA Div 1 team AND TSU will be the first NCAA Division I men’s hockey team at an HBCU! From the basics to details to physical play and strategic decision making skills, @blkhky dropped all kinds of knowledge on some of our Prospect, Prime, and Pro players. After the skate he sat with the young men for a Q&A session. He was extremely generous with his time as several of our players came back to ask even more questions and tap into his extensive experience. One skater told us, “I never knew I could learn that much in one session.” To say we were impressed is an understatement.
Thank you Coach! We are grateful for your time, proud that you shared the ice with our ColdRush crew, and wish you all the best as you continue to make hockey history! taken in Ashburn Ice House by @blkhky

One of the hardest things about our TN move is leaving Kingdom Fellowship AME. For almost 10 years, @kfamechurch has been our church home. Grateful to see our family worship so freely, especially our children. This isn’t goodbye but a “see you later.” Even in Nashville, the Abercrombies will be #KingdomFocused by @blkhky
