Breastfeeding and Infant Feeding Class is open to all parents expecting to meet their new baby within 5 months of the date of the class (2nd or 3rd trimester of pregnancy). This two hour class is led by an experienced and compassionate Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). Participants will learn about their feeding choices, the benefits of human milk for infants and mothers, how and when to feed your baby, common challenges and resources to get more support. The class will be interactive with opportunities to practice holding baby dolls, look at breast pumps and other supplies and of course ask questions.

Friday Fun Night is back by popular demand!!

Our extremely popular program for boys and girls grades kindergarten to 6th grade is starting back up in October and will run once a month through the end of the school year. This three hour program is designed to allow children to interact with their peers in a supervised atmosphere. In addition, each month has a theme and special activity or craft along with dinner for just $20 per person.

This allows parents the opportunity to get some errands done around the house, have some quiet time to themselves, or an opportunity for a date night. It's a win-win for everyone!
