These classes fill my cup in every possible way 🩷.

Watching this amazing group move, laugh, encourage one another and show up, exactly as they are is truly one of the greatest joys of my work.

Because fitness is for EVERYONE 💪🏼

And today @bloomingheartsroastery helped fill our cups, quite literally ☕️! Thank you for donating the coffee and for always being such a generous, supportive part of our community. The greatest thing about Blooming Hearts is that I never have to ask them for stuff like this. They always check in with me about when I’m going to teach there and offer it all on their own 🩷 #kindnessiscontagious

Today marks four years of Blooming Hearts! 💞

Countless cups of coffee, and so many wonderful memories. THANK YOU for the unbelievable support and for helping us build such an amazing community. One of the greatest joys has been watching families grow and seeing so many of the kids who first came through our doors get a little taller each year. We’re grateful to be a small part of your lives.

Truly grateful for every visit, every kind review, every conversation and every friendship! Looking forward to many more years together. ☕️❤️

We will be celebrating tomorrow with a raffle and giving away 4 gift cards in honor of our 4 years. ☕️🎉
