If you’ve been sleeping on Little Seoul in Mansfield… wake up, friend. 😂

This spot is giving build-your-own-bowl heaven with Korean flavors that do not miss. Generous portions, bold sauces, and everything actually tastes as good as it looks.

I tried the Beef Bulgogi bowl loaded with all the goodies, and let’s just say—my tastebuds had their moment.
If you love CAVA and Chipotle vibes but want something with way more flavor? Run, don’t walk.

Whew… it’s been a year and a half since my last ombré brow touch-up and babyyy, it was overdue 😅

When there are TOO many good options, you know you’re in the right place 😆

I tried the crispy chicken bowl with jalapeño aioli from Bowls of Rice @eatbowlsofrice in Fort Worth, and whew… instant mood boost! 🔥 The small was so good, but next time I’m getting the LARGE because clearly I underestimated myself. 😂

Finally tried Tinies in Fort Worth? The vibe? Cozy. The food? Just okay. I’m glad I stuck with the happy hour taquitos because those entrée prices + the taste just didn’t do it for me.

BUT finding them on the @inkind.app and getting 20% off definitely softened the blow.

Trying to hit my protein goals without eating the same things every day.

Found @crisp.power Protein Pretzels at @heb and added them to my post-workout snack plate. High protein, high fiber, and they actually have the crunch I was looking for.

The hardest part? Choosing between Everything, Cheddar, and Flamin’ Crunch. 😅

Not gonna lie, that Chicago trip had me out here struggling to get back into my routine. 😂

So I’ve been focusing on the small wins; getting my walks in, moving my body, and finding easier ways to hit my protein goals.

Found @slatemilk at @krogerco and the 30g of protein with 0g added sugar immediately got my attention.
