Spring is here, summer is on the way… and I’m stepping into this next chapter strong, disciplined, and intentional.

Almost 40 in May and I’m not chasing a number on the scale; I’m building strength, confidence, and consistency from the inside out.

These garage workouts leave me with no excuses, just results!

DFW, we’re not playing this summer. 💪🏾✨

Okay… I finally faced my anxiety and booked a colonic at Clean Touch Colonics in Mansfield; and y’all, it was actually a 10/10 experience!✨

Kynya was so calm, sweet, and professional. She explained everything, which helped me let go of all the nerves. The process itself? Way more relaxing than I expected.

As an esthetician, I always remind my clients that gut health and skin health go hand-in-hand; when your gut is balanced, your skin reflects that glow from within. 🌿

They even offer an oral probiotic and a soothing herbal tea afterward to help support your detox. If you’ve been scared to try it like I was… take this as your sign! 💚

✨ 50 women. One beautiful space. And a day created to reclaim you. 💆🏽‍♀️💖

I had the honor of providing mini facials at She Reclaimed 2025 in DeSoto, TX — a wellness experience filled with peace, purpose, and powerful reminders of who we are in Him. 🌿

From wellness mocktails and massages to inspiring speakers and the undeniable presence of God, this wasn’t just another event… it was restoration, sisterhood, and a divine appointment. 🤍

PSA: Just because it’s on the shelf at Marshall’s doesn’t mean it belongs on your skin.

😬 Some popular cleansers and wipes look like they’re doing the work, but they barely touch the surface and some can actually irritate or dry out your skin over time.

I’m here to help you avoid these traps and find products that actually deliver results. Want the real gems? Drop GLOW 💎 if you want more!✨

Shop with me at @sprouts for a few of my gut-loving supplements & foods 🌿
Because when your gut is happy → your skin glows 💖

And since we’re here… let’s talk about those hair, skin & nails supplements 👀
Yes, they can help hair growth, but be mindful — some contain high biotin, which may lead to breakouts for certain skin types.

From probiotics to anti-inflammatory favorites, I’m all about skin health from the inside out.

Save this for your next grocery run + tag your Sprouts bestie 🛍
