It’s all starting to come together. 🤍

From the exterior details to the view straight through the entry, this custom home is taking shape beautifully.

There’s still plenty happening behind the scenes, but we couldn’t resist sharing a little progress.

A first look...
We’re excited to share renderings of our newest custom home currently taking shape in one of
Walnut Creek’s most sought-after neighborhoods.
Thoughtfully designed for modern California living, this home will feature over 4,000 square feet, 5
bedrooms, 4½ bathrooms, and an expansive 380-square-foot covered loggia overlooking a
beautiful, private .75 acre oak-studded setting.
Just minutes from downtown Walnut Creek and located within highly regarded schools, every detail
has been carefully considered—from the timeless architecture to the warm, designer finishes
throughout.
Construction is well underway, and while completion is still several months away, we couldn’t wait
to share a glimpse of what’s to come.
We’ll be sharing progress along the way. If this home catches your eye and you’d like to learn more
before it officially hits the market at the end of the year, send us a message.

Just broke ground on another beautifully designed home. It will be 4000 ft with a 380 ft loggia that will take advantage of the amazing views from the property nestled at the end of a quiet court in South Walnut Creek. Ready in Fall of 2026. Be sure to follow along to see this beauty come to life.
