A first look...
We’re excited to share renderings of our newest custom home currently taking shape in one of
Walnut Creek’s most sought-after neighborhoods.
Thoughtfully designed for modern California living, this home will feature over 4,000 square feet, 5
bedrooms, 4½ bathrooms, and an expansive 380-square-foot covered loggia overlooking a
beautiful, private .75 acre oak-studded setting.
Just minutes from downtown Walnut Creek and located within highly regarded schools, every detail
has been carefully considered—from the timeless architecture to the warm, designer finishes
throughout.
Construction is well underway, and while completion is still several months away, we couldn’t wait
to share a glimpse of what’s to come.
We’ll be sharing progress along the way. If this home catches your eye and you’d like to learn more
before it officially hits the market at the end of the year, send us a message.

Renderings are conceptual and subject to change.

BTS progress at our multi-room renovation
#MeadowDrProject.
Our newly retired clients envisioned their home as the gathering place for their growing family, but the existing layout no longer supported the way they wanted to live. What began as a kitchen renovation evolved into a larger reimagining, including an addition, relocation of key spaces, and thoughtful updates. The result will dramatically improve both daily living and the moments that matter most. #caseyhowardinteriordesign #luxelife #thoughtfuldesign

• THE BEAUTY OF RESTRAINT •

Some spaces do not need contrast to hold attention. They rely on light, proportion and thoughtful detail.

This home by @aefinteriors shows how soft neutrals, natural timber and simple materials can create something deeply calming without ever feeling flat. V-groove panelling, marble, linen and warm timber all work gently together, giving each room a sense of quiet order and quiet confidence.

At Canalside Interiors @canalsideint, we are always drawn to interiors that prove restraint can still feel rich... furniture with honest lines, natural texture and timeless finishes often brings that same sense of ease into a home.

From build ➝ to beautifully styled cabinets.

When we designed this space, I knew it had to work hard for our family. I wanted a place to store toys, games, and craft supplies for the kids — but I also wanted it to feel calm, organized, and visually clean when everything was put away.

Thoughtful storage makes all the difference. With the right cabinetry, baskets, and a little styling, everyday clutter turns into a space that feels intentional, warm, and easy to live in.

Design that supports real life — but still feels beautiful. ✨
