What happens inside the start/finish podium during a race meeting?

At Brands Hatch, Nick gave us a behind-the-scenes look at the role of the team working above the start/finish line - from communication with Race Control to displaying signals and keeping the race running smoothly.

It is one of the many areas of motorsport spectators rarely see but it plays a vital role.

A huge thanks to Nick to taking time to explain how it all works.
