just a guy who used to be morbidly obese. Since 2017 I've been working towards being a healthier better me.

One day I'll put together pictures throughout my weight loss journey. The picture on the right was shortly after I could walk again after breaking my leg and when I started getting back into the gym. Since then hardly a week goes by that I'm not in there at least 4 days a week. It is taken over 4 years to get from the picture on the right to the picture on the left. My weight loss has not been linear. In fact it's gone up and down more times than I can count. Some of that was planned but most of it wasn't.
Some days you're going to mess up, but as long as you can acknowledge it, accept it and move forward the next day you will make progress. It may not be as fast as you want but developing the discipline to improve your eating habits over time and adding in some form of exercise will transform you mentally and physically.
