Seeking Donald is an inheritance project by @bo444chie. There are some 60 photographs taken and kept by Donald Martin Acquaye (1933–1979), Amanda’s grandfather. Many names have been lost. This is a public plea to find them again.
Is this your grandparent? Ist das jemand aus deiner Familie?

A bespoke handmade guestbook for @somersethouse. Inspired by the 17th-century painting The Somerset House Conference (at @nationalportraitgallery).

Velvet covers and ruffled corners nod to Elizabethan dress, while the diamond-cut edges echo the tiled floor of Seamen’s Hall. Archive materials from Karen Hearn’s 2004 exhibition on the painting(s) are revealed through the exposed spine.
