Happy 90th to our amazing Dad, Grandpa, Great Grandpa, farmer boy turned lifelong educator & leader, wrestling enthusiast & Hall of Famer, diehard Badger, faith-filled family first man who taught us how to trim a horse’s hoof, pound a fence, bale hay, embody a relentless work ethic & feisty competitiveness while taking fast showers (God bless him he had 5 teen daughters at the same time). Fun fact-he also permed our hair and was the in-house family barber 💈. Love you Dad; we are so grateful for your example and legacy. by @bobbidiedrick

Gratitude overflowing for my witty, fun-loving, high-energy husband and the incredibly special people he gathered for an early surprise 60th birthday celebration. “We become the sum of the 5 people we spend the most time with” and I’m proud to surround myself with these fabulous humans. Spontaneous private dolphin 🐬 show, toddler dance party @saltwaterhippiebeachbar, lost & found fobs and phones, sand in every body part, floors became coloring books, giggles galore, a few wrestling matches & meltdowns, late game nights 🎲 🎴 & laughter—feeling GRATITUDE, JOY & cheerful exhaustion after our 6 under 6 and all adult kiddos traveled south✈️ for beach Easter 🏖️🐣#happyGrandma #coachBobbi

Happy 8th Lifeversary Matthew Lawrence!!!!
8 years ago our world was rocked beyond comprehension. Our beloved youngest son was drugged, kidnapped, held @ knifepoint, thrown from a moving car, robbed and left lying lifeless in a terrible neighborhood 2000+ miles from home. If you were part of our lives then, you know so many angels stepped in, so many miracles occurred and our family was forever changed. 🙏

My biggest reflection this year is that even though I was raised Catholic and our kids all attended Catholic school and weekly Mass, I truly did not know how to PRAY. I acknowledged “Father Son & Holy Spirit” but would fail a test about WHO the Holy Spirit really was.

Within hours of receiving that horrible phone call, stumbling through the airport and boarding a plane to see our child in the ICU after a TBI and brain surgery, my usual rote “Our Fathers” and “Hail Marys” seemed like they weren’t enough. I felt compelled to have a conversation with God, to plead with God, to ask forgiveness FROM God and to pledge my life to God’s will should His plan include Matt’s full recovery.

I’m humbly sharing the note I scribbled on Larry’s scrap paper from my middle seat on 3.9.18 with tears flowing, as penning this prayer is when I awoke to the power of specific, raw and vulnerable prayer.
From that day forward I have a new relationship with the Holy Spirit—His presence, His voice, His strength —and my wish on this special day for our family is that we can ALL tap into the friendship, energy and healing the Holy Spirit offers each of us every day, not just in crisis, fear or despair.

Thank you God for allowing our joy-filled, kind, charismatic, hard-working, resilient son to bless this world with his giant heart, magnetic smile and endearing personality. Our gratitude is unending. We re-commit this March 9 to being true servants of your will and grace. Amen.

PERFECTLY IMPERFECT.
Happy 37 years to us 👰🤵‍♂️🥂❤️—forty years…flawed….faith-filled….fabulous.
I heard a priest say during wedding vows recently “Love is not an emotion, it’s a verb, an action you choose every day” and gosh that totally resonates.
Best of times, worst of times-we’ve seen them all.
Beyond grateful for our parents, our adult children, their incredible spouses, our 6 grandblessings under 6 💙💙💙💙💙💕 and every single family member and friend who’s blessed our lives along the way.

Who else wants to leave a legacy? Who hopes their words and actions create a ripple that extends for many generations?
Our family is blessed to be led by two of the best and we are immensely grateful so many special people joined us in celebrating their 60th anniversary.

Welcome to the world Lucy Frances, our 1st granddaughter, beloved sister of big brothers Donnie & Leon, precious cousin to Emmett, Quinn & Gavin.
Lucy arrived 3 weeks early on her parents 7th anniversary, 6/9/25. She spent 5 days in the NICU cared by some rockstar nurses & doted on by her strong, resilient, faith-filled parents, Alli & Henry.
Larry & I are over-the-moon to now have 6 Godblessings under 6 and to welcome our first little lady. 💕
