MAT PILATES with @ayla.ackling at @sabelstudios_ was 🔥
Has been a while since I've done a mat class in studio & I was so excited! It was definitely challenging but felt so good to be on the mat again. I just love it so much 🤍

*** SOUNDS ON SUNDAY REUNION ***
Greenwood Hotel, June 2026.

This was such a fun night. Seeing familiar faces playing the old tunes was just the best. Dancing the night away in the courtyard at @thegreenwoodhotel just like we used to 😍 Can't wait for next year ❤️ @sounds.on.sunday

This flow felt amazing on my body 🤍
Don't be fooled though! It was a challenge being that far down the reformer. Holding onto the shoulder blocks with feet on the foot bar but it was so much fun 🔥

I really loved this class with @carmelle.pilates last Saturday at @sabelstudios_ 🤍 The Swan exercise I'd never done before was so challenging but so fun! 🥵
We are almost at the end of the HER Challenge so just trying to make these last couple of weeks 🤍

***MICHAEL JACKSON *** the movie

I absolutely LOVED this movie 🎬 😍
Whether you're a fan of the actual man or not, he can sing & he can move.
I really wanted to see this at the cinema mostly to enjoy the sound quality for the music.
It started with the Jackson 5 & how he went onto his solo career.
His nephew did an amazing job playing him in this movie!
I have a feeling there may be a second movie as it didn't feel like it was done at the end of this one.

In my house when I was growing up I couldn't tell you how many times we watched the THRILLER movie as my Dad was a huge fan of MJ's music back in the 80's particularly 🤍

*** SPLIT ENZ ***
Tik Tok Entertainment Centre
Mon 18th May 2026

WOW what a special night 🥹🤍

This was a reunion tour for @splitenzofficial & as soon as I heard about it I just had to be there.
It was like I was back in the 80's. The Finn brothers together again was just awesome.
It was particularly special for me because my sister @kimmolation used to love these guys.
I remember when she would let me in her room (on the odd occasion) on a Sunday night & we'd listen to the Top 40 on the radio & we'd sing along.
I really didn't want the night to end. I was having such a good night. Brought back so many memories 🤍🥹 taken in TikTok Entertainment Centre by @bobbielee74

One of my favourite workouts with @carmelle.pilates at @sabelstudios_ 🤍
We used the Pilates ball which is a fave prop of mine to challenge our balance in some of these exercises which is always fun! Ending with a full body roll down on the long box which always feels amazing 🔥

***IT'S NEVER OVER - JEFF BUCKLEY***
💔🤍💔🤍 @itsneverovermovie
This was really special 🤍
This documentary about Jeff made me feel a lot of things. I laughed & cried & felt really sad that he's not here making amazing music & singing with that angelic voice anymore. I learnt a lot also of his struggles & the ways that he deeply loved.
I'm so glad this has been shared around the world & that I got to see it.
