I don't normally share my workouts on this account but thought I'd share how helpful LOLA is particularly when I do Mat Pilates on the floor. She's so funny 🤣

Outside with Lola enjoying the sunshine 🔆
Getting lots of pats & doing roly polys ♥️

It has been a big adjustment for her being the only Staffy in the house now. Her & Camando were very close & for weeks after he passed away she just wasn't herself. But it's been a couple of months now & she has gotten used to being on her own, which is so good to see 😍

Since Camando passed away a few weeks ago, Lola has really felt the loss. He used to let her do whatever she wanted to. Sit on him, lay on him, snuggle up to him. So I gave her this stuffed Staffy toy we had & she has been sleeping with it. It's so cute, but also really sad to see her lonely. It's the first time in her life she's been alone, so it's been an adjustment for her. 🤍 We are giving her lots of pats & extra attention 🤍

💔💔 CAMANDO 4.4.11 - 24.7.25💔💔

He had a few health issues we were managing, but this week was rough for him. He started to lose strength in his legs & he just seemed really sad, so I had a feeling it was time. Took him to the vet on Thursday & it was decided the kindest thing to do for him was to let him go. I spent some time with him Thursday morning & took this video just to have some last moments to keep of him & I together. I will treasure this forever 💔😢 He will be with Narla now 🤍

Silly little Lola is getting so white in her face. She loves belly rubs & my son is the love of her life as they've grown up together 🤍 My Narla was her Mum & Camando is her Dad.
