Aight I did the thing! At first I was very skeptical on dropping this but i realized that I’m just in my head and decided to do it to prove to myself I can finish something FULLY and release it. This a literally a video to showcase who I am and what I do with a song I wrote in my early 20s. The last bar was a letter to myself. I’m stepping more and more outta my shell and truly learning myself as I grow. This probably gonna be my one and only rap song until I get my real music out lol

P.s sorry mom and dad, Ik this ain’t yall forte but I hope yall know I’m still a good kid lol 🫣

Shout out to @jordanxmayberry for the visuals and to my friends @gawd_darko & @black_lemore who also helped me put this together, yall are appreciated 🙏🏾

The song ain’t out yet so just enjoy this art of visuals and bars until I work out the logistics lolll 😂

Truly honored. Thank you @rollingstoneuk for this amazing article on the new track! My new single, “Rock Revival” feat. The Charlie Berry Project, is live TODAY and you can stream it EVERYWHERE! What a way to start the release. As most of you I’m sure know, Chuck Berry is the reason I got into songwriting and to be able to write and release this track in honor of his 100th birthday is just a thrill. Go check it out and see what all the hype is about!! Read the full article here- https://www.rollingstone.co.uk/culture/josh-christina-is-bringing-back-rock-and-roll-63532/

I had a moment yesterday where I really needed to reset because my heart posture was off. And in that moment of meditation, this song came up. As I’m sitting and listening to it, God dropped in my spirit that even when things are looking grim, you’re experiencing anxiety, depression, and you’re overwhelmed…give it all to him and continue giving him Praise. He is a God of amazing worth. We don’t have to fight these battles alone, he’s with us always. You just have to trust and believe in him and have unwavering faith. 🙏🏾💯
