Back in 2020 Gudang Gudang Studio became more than a place to learn. it became a home filled with love, friendship, gossiping while in zoom, and heartfelt teachings (specially seumur-umur baru pertama kali ujian partneran sama @roxieve terus keselek nyamuk.🤣 love you batch 9).

Every moment on the mat, every shared energy, is a memory I’ll always carry. Special thanks to Ibu Cayang @monaj4hj4, Mba @ria_aditya , Cican @fiskalukartono, @rudolfparma and The person that encourage me to join YTT @yogawithrikamulya, thank you i’m forever blessed.

As this chapter closes after 12 beautiful years, it doesn’t feel like an ending, but a gentle shift in time. The space may change, but the light, laughter, and connection remain within us specially with all the faculty graduates.

Thank you for everything. Until we meet again, the memories stay alive in our heart. thank you @gudanggudangyogastudio taken in Gudang Gudang Yoga Studio by @bobbyasmoro

Not the year that matters, but the people who make it meaningful for 2025

Thank you to my family, partner, friends, colleagues, and yoga family for shaping it with love, positivity and laughter.

Thank you to myself for being there throughout the ups and down, and to rise into my higher self.
Hello 2026— with more strong, independent, and ready to build my own business. Amin

May God bless us with health, love, and abundance.
For a better Indonesia and a better world 🤍

There is always something magical within yoga.
Today’s practice was one of those moments.
I realized I’ve been forgetting myself, pushing to be strong every single day,
without pausing to listen to what my mind and body truly need.

When rest is ignored, the mind begins to question, to doubt,
and the body quietly asks for stillness.
Today was a reminder to slow down, be mindful, and return to myself.

Special thank you to Mba @aladhofier 🙏🏼
