I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, if I’m the smartest guy in the room, I’m in the wrong room. I was 1000% in the RIGHT room earlier this week while being a part of the @reuters Customer Service & Experience event. It was an honor to share the stage with some highly impressive individuals. I left the event motivated and inspired. Thankful for the opportunity @reuters !

Happy Birthday to the woman who makes everything better ❤️

Our home. Our family. My life.

You lead with strength, love with intention, and stand firm in what matters. I’m proud of the life we’re building together and even more proud to call you my wife.

Bobby Mesmer is the Founder & CEO of RMG Erectors & Constructors. Tune in, as Bobby reflects on his upbringing in South Jersey, the difference between owning a business and actually operating one at a high level, getting his start in the steel industry, how failure shaped his growth as an operator and leader, the early roots of the steel business in the United States and why major steel hubs developed around the Great Lakes, growing into leadership as both a boss and a father, and the 3 books every young entrepreneur needs to read... Last night, RMG was proud to host our first annual Titan 100 Nashville round table event — the Titan 100 Nashville Kickoff Celebration, presented by @rmgerectorsconstructors

Thank you to Titan 100 Nashville and every leader who joined us to break bread, tour the showroom, and jump into round table discussions with an incredible group of peers.

A special thank you to @111motorcars for hosting us — an unreal venue and a car collection unlike anything else.

And to the newest Titan 100 Nashville members: congratulations on a well-earned honor. We’re looking forward to what this community builds together in the year ahead! taken in 111 Motorcars by @rmgerectorsconstructors

Wishing our Birds the best of luck as they get ready to face off against San Francisco in the opening round of the playoffs today at Lincoln Financial Field!

We couldn’t be more excited for this matchup — and proud of our guys for yet another inspiring season.

Here’s to good health and leaving it all out on the field.
